Terms of Service

1. Parties
These terms govern the relationship between Dualmind, operated by NEXT BRIDGE LLC (EIN: 33-4877376), “Dualmind”, and the client contracting any of its services (“the Client”).
2. Services
- Arcadia (setup from €900 + €49/month): professional website up to 5 pages, basic technical SEO, analytics, domain and first-year hosting.
- Ithaca (setup from €1,990 + €149/month): everything in Arcadia + advanced AI chatbot + WhatsApp Business integration + lead panel and CRM, up to 1,000 conversations/month, training and monthly reporting.
- Olympus: custom architecture and scope defined after a free diagnosis.
3. Contracting and Payment
Selecting a plan does not trigger an immediate charge. Dualmind contacts the Client within 24 hours to confirm scope, timeline and payment method before work begins. Prices exclude VAT (21% applies for clients in Spain).
4. Delivery Timelines
- Arcadia: 7 days from receipt of client materials.
- Ithaca: 21 days from receipt of client materials.
- Olympus: timeline defined individually according to scope.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee
Dualmind offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from delivery. If the system does not meet the agreed brief, Dualmind will revise and correct it at no additional cost. The guarantee does not cover scope changes or new features not included in the original contract.
6. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the Client owns the final deliverables. Dualmind reserves the right to reference the project in its portfolio unless the Client expressly requests otherwise.
7. Limitation of Liability
Dualmind is not liable for interruptions caused by third parties. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the contracted service.
8. Cancellation
The Client may cancel before development starts for a full refund. Once development has started, completed work to the cancellation date will be invoiced.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States. Disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Albuquerque, New Mexico, USA.
